We know how precious time is...there never seems to be enough...if only somedays we could slow it down!
Life is so busy, we try to fit so much into our days, housework, work (which many of us bring home to finish) if you have children it is school runs, homework…you may get an hour or so after dinner to spend with them or try to unwind after a long day…We get it…we’ve been there too!!
That is why in 2017 ( on friday 13th!!) we gave up our jobs and made a leap of faith…
We have both worked in hospitality all our lives ( and a stint as a nurse for Sharon ) our dream had always been to own our own b&b and we made the decision that we had to do it before our son started GCSE’s or we never would…..so we did!!
We work and play together as a family, so you will often see our two, Meghan and Callum helping us out! for us, it was, and still is the best thing we have ever done !
Our favourite thing is grabbing those precious memory making moments..that evening sunset walk along the beach, a sultry summer evening with a glass of wine watching the world go by, swimming in our crystal clear sea or taking a drive along our breathtaking coastal road. It is these memories that will last forever and that is why holidays are so important!!
It is that time just for you…you work hard…you deserve it! It is reconnecting with each other, enjoying each others company, relaxing in the freedom of no work constraints!
Here at The Royson, we will do everything we possibly can to ensure your stay here is full of those incredible memory making moments that last a lifetime!
We are a home from home, we love to look after our guests be it via advice on places to see, things to do or just having a giggle.
When a guest leaves they are no longer a guest…but friends and part of our ever expanding family.
