Terms & Conditions

  • 100% of the first night will be taken as deposit
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • All Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in date result in loss of deposit
  • Cancellations made between 7 days to the day of departure full payment is required.
  • We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover payments required due to cancellations.
  • Account balance payable on arrival.
  • All damages including accidental damage must be paid for during your stay without exception.
  • Children are not permitted to share a double/twin room with more than one adult unless staying in our triple room suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.
  • Take aways are not allowed in the bedrooms but we are more than happy to provide plates and cutlery in our dining room where you can sit comfortably and eat. 
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire building, this includes the windows and en suites.

  • Check-in between 4pm to 8pm unless agreed in advance. Check out is at 10am

  • We try to be as flexible as possible please enquire in advance if you require check-in/out at times different to those advertised.
  • To ensure we are on site to greet you it would be really helpful if you could inform us of your approximate arrival time.
  • Rooms are serviced daily from 10am to 11:30am
  • If you need to leave your bags with us on your day of departure please check at the time of booking as this service is not always available.
  • We are open all year round.
