Cancellations made between 7 days to the day of departure full payment is required.

We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover payments required due to cancellations.

All damages including accidental damage must be paid for during your stay without exception.

Children are not permitted to share a double/twin room with more than one adult unless staying in our triple room suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Take aways are not allowed in the bedrooms but we are more than happy to provide plates and cutlery in our dining room where you can sit comfortably and eat.
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire building, this includes the windows and en suites.
Check-in between 4pm to 8pm unless agreed in advance. Check out is at 10am

We try to be as flexible as possible please enquire in advance if you require check-in/out at times different to those advertised.
To ensure we are on site to greet you it would be really helpful if you could inform us of your approximate arrival time.
Rooms are serviced daily from 10am to 11:30am
If you need to leave your bags with us on your day of departure please check at the time of booking as this service is not always available.
We are open all year round.
