100% of the first night will be taken as deposit
All deposits are non-refundable
All Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in date result in loss of deposit
Cancellations made between 7 days to the day of departure full payment is required.
We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover payments required due to cancellations.
Account balance payable on arrival.
All damages including accidental damage must be paid for during your stay without exception.
Children are not permitted to share a double/twin room with more than one adult unless staying in our triple room suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.
Take aways are not allowed in the bedrooms but we are more than happy to provide plates and cutlery in our dining room where you can sit comfortably and eat. (when evening meals are not being served).
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire building, this includes the windows and en suites.
